The ridges in the screenshot are something I observed as well in this thread. They are clearly vsible when rendering the object with a specular surface. These ridges exist in Fusion 360 before the object is meshed for .stl export.
That thread also shows that .stl created from that very same object in Blender are vastly superieor in quality to the one 's created by Fusion 360. Also, what takes mere seconds in Blender (all on the same computer) takes over 5 minutes in Fusion 360 to complete.
