Better ability to customize pan, orbit and zoom settings

I learned CAD on Creo, which have different pan/orbit/zoom settings.
Could we please have the ability to make our own presets to accompany the ones you have provided (solidwork, alias and more).

Instead of you having to make a preset for every cad system out there...

Please this. Especially if Sketchup and Blender are going to be left off the list, which is baffling.

This would be very useful to make Fusion 360 more accessible for newcomers and for people who migrate from another 3D software package!

I'm not used to pan and orbit with the middle mouse button. It makes working slower and a bit uncomfortable. All other 3D software packages I use on Mac have the option to pan and orbit without the middle mouse button.

...or if you work off a laptop, and have no middle wheel option.

Keyboard shortcuts, please.

Best regards,

John

If we could just get an preference option to set the right mouse button to orbit and shift + right mouse button to bring up the gestures menu - for the people who don't use or find the gestures menu cumbersome.

Cheers,

Matt.

I did some research, (re: 30s google search) found a right mouse button orbit solution...

It's kinda baffling that these controls can't be individually set. The gestures menu is not at all intuitive, so I'd rather have right click set to orbit, which for me is intuitive. (I am always making the mistake of trying to orbit, and doing some gesture.)

I would find this very helpful as I prefer a trackball mouse and it does not even have a middle mouse button but a non-clickable scroll orbital.
