So, I've been learning Motion Studies. One problem, once I have one done there is absolutey nothing to do with it except look at it. What good is that? Why can't I use it to actually conduct an analysis of some sort? How about the ability to measure the distance between two objects and then plot/graphic that value as the motion study sweeps though its motion?
How about on top of that the ability to run the motion study through its motion and include all the various dimensional tolerances (or at least the ability to manually pick which tolerances to include) for a worst case scenario stack-up of sorts. Of course that would mean we need to be able to assign a tolerance to a dimension. How about that ability (this is CAD design software isn't it)? There is something you can add. And while we're on it, why when I select a sketch I can't I just double click on the feature, have the dims pop up on the screen, double click the dimension, adjust the value, hit enter, and have the feature update. Why in the world do I need to select the feature, chose to edit it which takes me all the way into sketch mode just to adjust a dimension?
