An ability to toggle automatic line breaks in drawing

I find drawing lines and having to go to the break tool break the lines at intersections cumbersome. Would be great if there was an option to toggle on and off automatic line breaks. Where when turned on, it would automatically break all lines in drawings when they intersect. When turned off it would go back to it's current configuration.

It would allow me to quickly draw up complex patterns and remove pieces without having to break the lines first before pieces. Most CAD programs already have this as the default behavior. Fusion by not having this feels like a very clunky interface when drawing.
