Yes, this. I am working on sketch with 12 concentric circles and 4 different radial line patterns, all around the same center. I can easily move the attendent dimension lines so the circles can be refined to their final dimensions. But the constraints and pattern icons are impossible to select since they are on top of each other. Yet another example of why you need to break out the contents of a sketch in a list-/tree-based arrangement so we can positively and easily select them. Not having a nested history list for the sketches is just plain lame, which then drives this need. Being able to move the constrain icons to separate them for selection is not a complete solution to this problem.
