I would like to request the ability to move the shape while creating it. I'm particularly thinking about the center circle and center rectangle, but I reckon the idea would apply to any shape. Use case: Let's say creating sketch from an image and creating geometry from cues in the image-- let's say a circle. Grab a center-circle and begin to expand its diameter, but notice that it is not correctly centered over the feature from the image, so while still in "drag-to-dimension" mode, perhaps use another mouse button or hold down shift or something to drag the whole center-circle as it's being created to reposition it better over the image. Release the button or key and it's back in "drag-to-dimension" right where it left off.
