Hi everyone!

We are researchers at Autodesk and we are looking for people who help others online and in person with their questions about Fusion. If you have ever helped someone on these forums or find yourself answering Fusion questions at work, you can help our research!

Participants will spend about 30 minutes giving some quick advice on various questions with both text input and audio recording (so you must have access to a microphone; like those built into laptops and webcams, or a standalone microphone) that involve Fusion, like many of the questions found here on this forum. Those who complete the study will be given a $25 (USD or CAD depending on participant location) Amazon gift card for participating.

Please email us at [research-studies(at)autodesk(dot)com] with your forum account name/link with the subject 'Autodesk Fusion Quick Advice Study Participant' if you are interested in participating. You can also ask me any questions here for more information!

Thanks!

Justin (https://www.autodesk.com/research/people/justin-matejk

Jo (https://www.autodesk.com/research/people/jo-vermeulen),

and Ian

The Fusion 360 forum is a complete waste of time. I have tried dozens of times this last week to get someone to answer ONE question and all I get back in return are a bunch of old dad types trying to give out life advice. People that just want to inject their two cents. I think not giving people access to AD personnel to answer questions is the DUMBEST thing I have ever heard of. Your forums are a WASTE OF TIME!!!!

I personally have been using their forums for over 20 years. I have gotten both good advice and bad at times. I have helped many people in other forums sponsored by Autodesk. So if you are not getting the information you are looking for be more specific. Instead of being so negative try working with one of the Autodesk Team. They have always been the most help.
