[Tutorial] - How to create a Screencast.

When creating a screencast, please be as detailed as possible. It will be great, if you could record audio as well.

As an addition to Ben's great screencast on how to share a screencast, this little edition explains how to embed a YouTube video into  post.

I can hotly recommend the video tip on components and bodies!
