Trouble with exported DXF files

Hi All,

First time posting on here.  I've found a few posts that seem to mention issues with exporting DXF files but none that specifically address the problem I'm having.

I've been using "save as DXF" for ages to create files to send to the laser cutters.   The sketches I am exporting are derived from solid bodies I have nested then projected to a sketch.  It has always worked perfectly for me, that is up until about a month ago. In Fusion the sketch looks perfect and complete but when I open the exported DXF in another programme (rhino, to use as a viewer) it is missing lines. Strait lines cut corner where curves should be and some components are completely missing.  If I open the DXF in fusion again the same problem arises, so seems to me that it is an issue with the exporting process and not the programmes I an using to open it with.

Hope this is clear, attached are a couple of screen shots, sketch before export and after opening the same sketch from a dxf.

Any help much appreciated

Hi Gunther,

Thanks for the tip, I've just tried the tip you suggested. Attached image of the output when using spline to polyline with the accuracy at 0.1mm.

Cheers
