Rendering a bowl need to change lighting direction

Hello, I am trying to render a white bowl, and need a shot from almost directly above, but the lighting orientation make it so the entire inside looks flat. I have tried changing the environment, and rotating the model with my mouse, and the cube. I have accidentally moved the light before but I can't remember what I did. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

well what you are looking for is

A: better environments that provide the light sources you need so you get shadows where you want them

B: the ability to place light sources (not possible in Fusion)

you could try placing a flat surface like an area light and give it a light emitting material to fake a key light

Here two examples how to handle faces as a light source. The first one uses a rig that allows you more repeatable setups, the second one just uses a faces that you can move around.
