Hi all!

 

I'm wondering if it's possible to create parametric gradient patterns with Fusion 360 like the ones created with Rhino and grasshopper or something like that?

Unless you are pretty well versed in python (or java Script or C++) and the Fusion 360 API and can write a plugin for Fusion 360 then I'd say NO.

This form of generative design I would love to see in Fusion 360 as well, but I not see that happening in the foreseeable future.

I found it in The ideas station! someone asked for it already two years ago. You can find it by searching parametric pattern, it is the first result. You can vote for it

It's not the same, but I've been able to approximate such a thing by patterning on a path.

 

In this image, a cut feature is patterned along an arc to produce grooves of changing depth. There is some other stuff going on also, but the pattern on a path is the relevant bit.
