Mesh Modeling Tutorial

Is there a tutorial that goes along with this video?  I would like to be able to duplicate what is shown here.  Specifically I would like to:

1) Import an organic shape .stl model

2) Wrap a surface around the .stl model

3) Thicken the surface model and perform cuts or extrusions on that surface.

Welcome to the Fusion 360 community! I'm not aware of a tutorial, but the video showcases the subdivide and the pool command in the Sculpt environment. There's a couple of AU classes below that may help.
