How to make a round end for ellipse pipe?

I try to use loft to make a round end of the ellipse pipe, my problem is when I select the ellipse profile, Fusion 360 does not allow me to select half of the ellipse.

What is the appropriate way to make a round end of ellipse pipe?

This is one way, and easier that loft, 

Check if suitable.
