In AutoCAD you can simply substitute whatever value you want for the actual dimension, I would like to do this with Fusion 360, but can't find out how to?
Example; a rod is 21" long in the model, and the drawing dimension is showing 21, but you want to override and show 20?
I understand how to change the model and update the dimension, but I don't want to do this, I just simply want to override it like you are able to do in AutoCAD.
Thanks.

After placed the dimension, double-click on the dimension to edit it, then delete the original dimension and input the new value.
As @MingweiGao says, double-click then edit, like this:
Thanks, for some reason I have having an issue doing that, but after a restart it is now working reasonably well.
