How do I "smooth out" edges?

I want to "smooth out" the edges on the guitar headstock, that it goes together with the neck. See pic.

Anyone know how to do this?

So by smooth out, I'm assuming you mean to make the head flow into the neck. The way I would approach this is to offset 2 planes then use those to "cut" a chunk of the neck out with split body then deleting that chunk, and do a loft operation between the shortened neck and the head.

I did. But I dont know what to search for... I Don´t know the term for this working progress.

Understandable that you wouldn't know the terms for the tools and processes yet.  I was thinking of a simpler search query, such as "guitar neck"
