v17.4 of the app doesn't update on iOS 10.3.4

v17.4 of the app doesn't update on iOS 10.3.4, the statement is: Unable to Download App – "Autodesk FormIt" could not be downloaded at this time.

The update is always present in the App Store.

Hi @Anonymous,

 

You might try restarting your iPad, or updating it to the latest version of iOS/iPad OS. 

 

If that doesn't work, you may need to contact Apple Support about this. Or you can try searching online for similar issues. For example, this thread has a few other suggestions you can try.

Thank you for your reply. I tried all the solutions that you've suggested, I also changed the iOS date one day ahead, but no one works. The download of the app arrives to the end, but at the end of the installation the circle that report the state of the download and installation changes again to the "UPDATE" button and appears the message: Unable to Download App – "Autodesk Formit" could not be downloaded at this time. So I have two choices: to tap Done or Retry. If I tap Retry, the loop is infinite: the download restart and the message reappears again and again. If I tap Done, the message reappears again one time, I tap Done again and the update is always presented in the App Store. The update of the other apps works well. It seems not to be an issue of iOS (the latest version installable on my iPad), it seems a problem of this version of the update.

@Anonymous, do you know if your iPad is 32-bit? You can follow the instructions in this thread to find out.

 

Because of changes in iOS, 32-bit iPads can no longer get the latest FormIt updates. I'd like to verify whether your iPad falls into this category before troubleshooting further.

The problem is that the latest version of the app isn’t compatible with my iPad, but the update is still present in the App Store.
