Hey Fish and Chips! Thanks for the posts - I really appreciate you coming to the forums with your problems.
The save error happens periodically and 90% of the time it's because a connection with A360 was lost. So just log out and log back in - this will NOT affect your file state at all. Then try the save again and you should be good to go.
In case logging out and then logging back in doesn't fix the save issue... then it is most likely a memory size issue - so just export your FormIt sketch locally so you don't lose any work - then manually add the sketch to A360 Drive FormIt folder via upload.
It's possible there's a connection with the face loop that won't close or some other geometry issue - but I kind of doubt it. At least I haven't encountered that yet.
