Stuck at 50% loading the web app

Trying to use Formit 360 Pro, I have purchased it, and while loading I get stuck at 50% and it never goes further to let me use the app. On my iPad it works normally. 

Any chance it might be a firewall issue? Anybody knows if other ports besides the traditional 80 are used?

Using Windows 8.1 and Chrome 45. attached a screenshot that looks like an error message of a firewall blocking port 262.

I am sorry you are having trouble accessing FormIt 360 Pro. It appears that you are indeed using a firewall provided by Sophos (the domain passthrough.fw-notify.net is owned by them.)  262 is not actually a port number, but a code line number. We do not require any special ports to be opened in the firewall. However, since Sophos appears to be blocking our domains, you will probably need to add exceptions.  Take a look at this help doc on thier site:

The domains that need exceptions are formit360.autodesk.com and app.autodeskformit.com (or perhaps *.autodeskformit.com)
