FormIt File Not Saving Revit File to A360

I am working on two concept designs for a project and for some reason only one of the files will save both the .axm and .rvt file. The second only seems to be saving as an .axm file even though when I click Save it says it's also saving as a Revit file. Am I missing something in my settings? Or could there be something wrong with the file?

I have also tried the impatient way of exporting the .axm file then using the Converter to open it in Revit 2015. It's been about 30 minutes or so and its still spinning to Open.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Elizabeth, thanks so much for posting! I hate the feeling of watching the spinning wheel spin...

So the second model probably has some 'non-manifold' issues. You can see these in FormIt by going to the gear / settings icons - choosing 'Diagnostics' and then 'Display Watertight Issues' or just DW keyboard shortcut.

These might be tough to clean up - so if you'd like some help I'll DM you and you can send your file to me, and I'll see what I can do.

Thanks again for posting and trying out FormIt!

Tobias

Elizabeth,

I am sorry you are having trouble. I suspect something is up with faces or edges in your AXM file. Can you please share the AXM file with us using the link below and we can take a closer look.
