Hi,

You might need to update graphics card drivers. There is another thread where the sign-in screen also displays blank because of this. Users in that thread were able to resolve by updating their graphics drivers, or by toggling options in the Nvidia control panel. Can you try that?

Another possibility is you are in a region that doesn't support Google services, like Maps. Are you able to access Google Maps in a browser without difficulty?

the solution is that I should Run Software as administrator .
