Is FormIt the new Vasari/Ecotect?

I am trying to find a plugin that will let me perform weather analysis on a topography (solar, wind and water run-off). It is all pre-design, so there is no architecture, just the site. Will I be able to do it using FormIt?

In FormIt you can do a Solar Analysis and review weather station data - so those two aspects yes you can do.

Check out FormIt web, and FormIt iOS. Then set the location to review weather stations and the wind rose / temperature data appears on the Google maps interface.

You'll need FormIt Pro (there is a free trial) to use Solar Analysis - it is available in web and Windows and iOS

With FormIt Pro you'll also get whole building Energy Analysis - which can be extremely useful for setting goals / benchmarks for early stage massing design to make some good decisions early on.
