Import satellite image not working with iOS 12 on iPad

Hi

import satellite image has stopped working on iPad since the iOS 12 update?

is there any way around this or does it need an update?

Hi Scott,

Satellite images should display normally on iOS 12. It could have been some temporary network interference, as FormIt downloads the imagery from Google. Can you verify this is still an issue?

If so, can you let us know:

• What specific location are you trying? Do other locations work?
• Are you opening an existing file or setting location in a new file?

Hi josh - yes, you’re right - all seems well again!
No amount of changing site or reloading image would get it to work this afternoon - but all seems ok now!
