formit saves only axm to A360 drive

I searched the forum already for the same issue. Most of the answers where related to ' issues with the model / internet connectivity' etc. So to keep it simple,:

I just created one cube primitive..

Saved it to A360 drive.

Only axm is saved & rvt file is not saved.

Any ideas?

Morning Tharakesh, I tested this myself just now and am seeing the same thing - our A360 RVT creation service must be experiencing technical difficulties.

I have notified the development team - and will let you know when it is resolved.

Note that you CAN use the FormIt converter Add-in for Revit to achieve the same thing (in Revit 2016, 17, 18). So I hope you're not blocked in what you're trying to do. https://formit.autodesk.com/page/download (scroll to the bottom of the page for the plug-ins)

Thanks for the update Tobias. Shall wait till this is fixed.

Buy the way, I have been using the Revit converter plugin for quite long. All axm models, are treated as 2016 format and gets upgraded, while importing to Revit 2017. I hope this is the way it is. Also materials  are not translated ( to revit 2017). I hope this works, only if I import the axm file in revit 2018.

Hello Tharakesh - I verified the A360 converter is working again. See screenshot below!

A360 conversion is now creating Revit 2018 files - so your material colors will be converted from FormIt to Revit (but not your material textures).

If you want older Revit versions you will need to get the older add-ins. 2016 and 2017 are still supported.

Material conversion only work in Revit 2018.

Thanks Tobias. I checked it too.  Its working now. Even for all the existing  axm files,  rvt files got generated.
