Formit Login / Activation problem (Proxyserver)

We use the AEC Collection, the switch to the Autodesk product family 2022 has currently been completed.
Formit was installed for the first time.
However, the software does not start properly. After entering the Autodesk login data, further use is blocked.
The problems after the first login vary between two variants
- Variant a: It stays with the formit page and the login please (endless loop between login and the reference to the login)
- Variant b: Shows the reference to the activation server and also shows a "Repeat" button.
Since this is a municipal authority, different IT departments and IT service providers are affected.
All network traffic is routed through a proxy server. (obligation)
In the first step, access to the URls from the following articles was released:

In the second step, the urls were released, which were determined by network scan or via the proxy server. This step was also unsuccessful.
Do you have any experience with Formit and proxy servers?
Does Formit have a log function or log file?
