Formit 360 sign in error

I've just downloaded Formit from the Autodesk website and on opening, it asks you to sign in to A360.  When you click on the Sign in to A360 banner, it gives you an error message (see attachment).  Am using Lenovo desktop, Windows 7 professional via work server and have all the other BDS programmes installed up to 2017 versions.  Can you advise?

well that case i have encountered with my students

first check the graphics card drivers and see if its  up to date if yes 

try to launch the web version and sin in to auto desk 360account if it connects

i think that this will have to do with a temporary server

Hi - yes the graphics card drivers are up to date and I can sign in to my account via the wesbite.  I have our IT department looking at it at the moment.
