Files deleted upon reinstall of App

My son has been working for a week on a school project in Formit 360. The App kept quitting. So he decided to reinstall the App. Now the files are gone. He does not have an online cloud account. 

Is there any other way to access these files?

I am sorry you are having trouble with accessing files created in FormIt 360. Just so I understand, you first deleted the app before reinstalling it from the App Store?  If you update the app from the App Store, all of the files will remain in place. But unfortunately, the way that iOS apps work, if you delete an app, the data is also deleted.  One thing you could try: restore the iPad from a Cloud or iTunes backup from the time before the app was originally deleted. In the future, I suggest establishing a free Autodesk 360 account for backing up FormIt 360 files.
