Contents of Formit File Vanished

Hello,  I am new to FormIt 360 and my firm has decided to test out the program to help us quickly develop concepts for our clients.  So far, I have not been pleased with the product, but right now I am desperate.

I am working in a trial version of the product as we are not yet sure if we want to subscribe to this product.  I have been working on a file all day and frequently saving to my 360 drive.  I was receiving a few error messages, such as can't make edge, etc.  So I saved the file and closed FormIt, thinking maybe the clipboard needed to be cleared or something.  

When I rebooted the program, I opened my file and was greeted with a blank opening screen like when you start a new project.  Where did everything in my file go????? It shows up in my 360 drive as 13.1 KB, but there is nothing in the document!!  Can someone please help me recover the file or explain what on earth is going on?

We'd love to take a look at any version of the model you have saved, as we may be able to fix the file for you, and ultimately improve the app to prevent this from happening again.
