Can't import .png image in Formit360 Web

I can't edit the scale on the images.

It's 0 on the x-axis and the y-axis.

If I enter 10,00m on the x-axis and then enter 10,00m on the y-axis; the x-axis chages to 0m and the images is unable to see.

Please see the video:

Hello Martin - How large is the image (both in terms of DPI, and file size)? I wonder if the web app is running out of memory trying to create a material texture of that size? Would you mind posting the png so I can test with it too?

It looks like you're following the steps in the FormIt Primer? You can achieve image import with standard image import (file, import, choose image in file navigation - then double click to select the image in the canvas, right click and choose the scale tool, then start scaling up or down).

Thanks,

Tobias

Hi and thank you for the answer!

The .png image has an resolution of 1526 x 1078, and file size of 289 kB.

No I'm not following the steps in FormIt Primer.

I'm in file->import and in that step I have an option to enter measurements of the axis.

Default value is 0 x 0 (if I import with that i get no image).

If I enter 10,00 m on x-axis, the y-axis still will be 0, this results in a 10 x 0m image that can't be seen.

Thank you for the additional information.

I would like to ask a couple of additional questions:

 - What Operating System are you using? (Mac OSX, Windows, etc)

 - Which Browser are you seeing the issue with? (Chrome, Firefox, etc)

 - Which location/language setting are you using? (France/French, German/German, etc)

Thanks!

Now I have also tried with Windows 10 and Chrome browser version 55.0.2883.87 m (64bit).

Still Sweden/Swedish location/langage.

Same problem, when I try to import image from file->import;

I get an option to set size of the image, I can't set size on both axes, if i enter on axis, the value is removed from the other axis.

Very strange.

As I remember this has worked in the past when i tried.

I suspect the language is related.  I am able to reproduce it using Swedish.

Thank you for the additional information.  Our development team now has adequate information to investigate.
