Installed Forma Rhino plugin, uninstalled and re-installed.

I keep getting the error in the subject.

I am logged in to Forma on Chrome.

It can be seen in the accompanying image that I have input the Project URL, Selected a Proposal, and selected layers to send to Forma.

I am using Rhino 8.

What am I missing?

Now I have a new error coming up in addition to the one in the subject line:

Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'source')

I'm experiencing the same issue. It worked for me, but some of my students are also encountering the problem. If anyone can help resolve this, it would be greatly appreciated.

The first time you try to load a proposal, a browser window will open for you to log in. Please wait for the login process to complete and not dismiss the window prematurely.  If you are seeing the confirmation page telling you to close it and are still getting this error in Rhino, please let us know so we can investigate further.

Hi,

One more quick thing to check is that the account you are logging with in the browser has access to the Forma project. There have been cases where people have more than one Autodesk account (eg. work one and a educational one) and may accidentally choose the wrong one or were already logged in with the wrong one.

@pamelapan You should just need to repeat whichever action caused the login page to open, such as entering the URL to a Forma proposal.
