Dear Autodesk,

please fix the wind analysis since the past week every attempt failed!

Already posted this in another topic about failing wind analysis, but so far no satisfactory reply.

So copied my posts into this new post hoping for a faster solution:

just started a new attempt  ...

Ran/Run analysis:

sunhours, succesfull

daylight, succesfull

wind, failed & running new... and once again failed

microclimate, succesfull

operational, no need

noise, no need

"weekly update"

Update 26-9:

original project with combined data since 19-9-2023

AntonioCampanario_2-1695800359868.png

re-created a simplified version of the project with openstreet map data only

AntonioCampanario_3-1695800359830.png

re-created a simplified version of the project with NL data only

AntonioCampanario_4-1695800359977.png

Unknown cause of failures...

as posted on 9-27-2023:

In the meantime tried to simplify the model even further hoping this would solve the problem.

recreated the project using NL data only, no succes!

recreated the project using open straatmap data only, no succes!

recreated the project with flat terrain, no succes!

Do hope the issue can be found swiftly so it can be fixed!

Hi AntonioCampanario,
I understand your frustration. I am working in the team that developing the wind analysis as a software engineer. We have started to investigate your case and we struggle to find out why this specific case does not succeed.

It's a bit of a mystery for us to understand why this proposal did not succeed and we will need some time to understand why it does not work.

Hi!

We found the issue, and have just resolved it. We have confirmed that the analysis succeeded in your project. You can see the analysis here. We did not rerun all your failed analyses, but it should work if you trigger new ones.

Kind regards, Per

Hi Per,

I'll have a quick look.

Just started a new analysis after putting back the vegetation...

Thanks a bundel for the repair!
