The reason you are not seeing your hub is that your hub is in a different region than the one you are currently in. You will notice your current region on top of the page in the "Data region" selector (US). You should be able to use it to switch to another region to find your hub.
I would recommend bookmarking the Forma home page in your hub's region to easily find it again.
