Hello 

 

I assigned the trial version. 

it doesn't download file, it's just open me new TAB on the chrome explorer. 

I createrd new workspace and then i got this massage: 

"something went wrong when creating workspace. please contact support."

what do i need to do?

We just released a new feature that caused this error - so sorry about this! It should be resolved for you now, but looks like you have gotten a lot of workspaces due to the error. If you direct message me your email (or write it in the chat in the product) we will clean up for you!
