Unable to update rhino element to forma

When I transfer a Rhino volume to the Forma platform, an error always appears. I just uploaded a very simple volume. Why is this?

Hi, sorry you are having issues. It also seems like a quite weird issue. Which version of Rhino are you running here?

I've tried using Rhino 8.1, 8.13, 8.2, 7.15, and 7.29, and even changed computers. The Forma plug-in window appears empty when I open it in 7.15 and 7.29. I can open Forma in 8.1, 8.13, and 8.2, and successfully import objects from Forma to Rhino, but I can't upload Rhino objects to Forma. I'm using the Forma Plug-in for Rhino v0.7.15. Could you help me find a solution? I need it urgently!

This problem still exists. The model is just a simple block and cannot be uploaded to Forma, but the terrain can be downloaded from Forma

Would it be possible to check with your IT that outgoing connections to "https://app.autodeskforma.com/", particularly from the "Rhino.exe" process, are not blocked by a firewall rule? Alternatively, would it be possible to try uploading to Forma from a different internet connection?
