RFI as pin rather than via markup

Feedback from construction site was that the creation of an RFI pin (previously used on B360 was) stopped the same query being raised.
When performing this via a markup, the markup can be deleted and losing that previous history that a query had been raised.

The current setup makes sense for our design team but doesn't translate very well for on site questions.

This is a current pain point our teams are facing.

Have you tried using the Admin System Location on RFIs? As long as you have a thorough Location structure, this should indicate the accurate Locations to your team.
There is also a ay to drop Pins in the middle of the Locations, but I'm not sure the benefit would be great. Try Locations.
