It would be highly beneficial to introduce a configurable notification system that alerts Project Admins and Hub Admins as a project approaches the maximum limit of 20,000 active reviews.
Currently, there is no warning mechanism in place, which can result in workflows being unexpectedly disrupted once the limit is reached. A proactive alert (for example at 70%, 85%, and 95% capacity) would allow administrators to take preventative action (such as archiving, cleaning up reviews, or adjusting processes) before hitting the cap.
This enhancement would improve project continuity, reduce downtime, and support better planning and management of large or review-intensive projects.
