Payment workflow enhancement – Enable reviewers to import Excel sheets while the payment is under review. Currently, once the contractor submits the payment for review, the Cost Consultant is required to manually edit values line by line, as only the initiator has permission to import Excel files. Allowing reviewers to import updated Excel sheets would significantly reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and streamline the payment assessment process.
