We would like to have a way to differentiate between old versions and new versions of a form template in the Library. Our form templates are pushed from the Library to projects through the project template. When we have a new version of a form template we'd like to use, if we update what is currently in the Library, it can create two different versions of a form in an individual project. We'd like to avoid this to have consistency with forms that are being turned over with commissioning. Some of our projects could be a year or more long, while others could be several weeks.
It could look like a versioning system where we would create a new version of the form template, that wouldn't affect older versions in active projects, or a simple folder structure in the Library where we could group the similar forms together. The only way to currently do this and not affect active projects using the form templates, is to add a new version of the form and then compare the number of projects the template has been added to.
