Back on BIM 360 there used to be a detailed publish log when files get uploaded into Project Files. It also provided a detailed history of publishes we can look back to. The "details" section allowed for team members to review the log to determine where a publish fails during the extraction process. This offered at least a guide to help team members troubleshoot failed publishes and where to start looking. Ever since ACC (now Forma) the publish log has never made its way over to the Docs (now Data Management). There is a version of this on Forma that exists in Design Collaboration under "Project Status" but is very limited. It does not give us a detail history of publishes as it limits the number of cloud models you can view a history for. For the files we do see, we can only see a limited report even for those that failed on publish when we used to get a full detailed report. It only works if we are using Design Collaboration and not associated with other cloud models or file types like pdfs. After all these years, this feature really at this point needs to be part of Data Management especially when it used be available on BIM 360 and is a critical piece to troubleshoot files.
