The current Forma notification format appears to be structured as an HTML table. Based on testing and research, this makes it difficult for Outlook to create specific rules or filters because the key notification text is embedded within the table format, rather than being available as plain searchable text.
It would be very helpful to have improved integration between Forma notifications and Outlook so users can create rules based on specific notification types, keywords, projects, or status updates.
This would allow the full list of Forma notifications to be automatically filtered into specific Outlook folders for better tracking, organization, and follow-up. For construction teams managing multiple projects, issues, and updates, this would make Forma notifications much easier to manage and act on.
