Currently, within Forma Data Management there is no native option to apply a stamp (such as ‘Approved’, ‘Reviewed’, ‘Confidential’ or any custom image/text) to multiple files at once. This forces us to open each drawing, model or document individually to add the stamp manually, which is tedious, error‑prone and completely unworkable for projects with hundreds or thousands of files. We need a tool that lets us select multiple files directly from the Data Management interface and apply a stamp in bulk, with options to define position, scale, transparency and whether to overwrite or respect existing stamps. This functionality would save hours of repetitive work, standardise visual communication across projects, and improve traceability. If you are tired of wasting time on manual tasks, vote for this idea so Autodesk prioritises and implements it as soon as possible.
