RFI Notifications only When Closed

Is it possible to filter RFI notifications so that I only receive an email when the RFI is "closed"? The current filter don't seem to support this. I don't need to see every change of status, change in assigned person, updated response from each party, I only need to see the comprehensive answer from all parties once the GC closes the RFI. The current options result in a massive amount of unnecessary notification emails or none at all.

Have you looked at the notification settings and configured the groups to define the amount of notifications? There could be the possibiliy to turn all off except for status changes so that you will only get there through.

Yes, I have made those changes but I still receive at least 3 notifications for each RFI - Open, Answered, Closed. This is improved from all notifications, but still a burden on large projects where there are hundreds or sometimes thousands of RFIs. A more refined filter would be a huge help.
