Online Viewer-Point Clouds - Section Box/Analysis Tool

I love the fact that we can now view point cloud files in ACC, it is a big step forward for getting a larger team the ability to use these as a resource.   However...without the ability to use some form of a Section Box or Section Analysis tool (similar to when viewing other models in ACC), the point cloud viewer's value is drastically reduced.  If we are unable to cut a section below ceilings or beyond walls there is not a lot that can be done with the tool except look and orbit around the outside of the point cloud.  Any thoughts or suggestions, short of a project team trying to use ReCap and share terabytes and terabytes of data across Desktop Connector?

I can't yet get the pointcloud on ACC to work.  From what I can see so far from the little documentation I have found on the topic, it might that it only possible to view the point cloud on its own.  

The workflow I need to solve is overlaying the design models with the pointcloud scans and sharing with the client via a web browser.  

From what I can tell this is still now a solution the Autodesk platform supports. I think my only option is to use an online gaming engine that can handle pointclouds.
