When I override model appearances in Navisworks, export the file to .NWD format, and open in the ACC Build model viewer on my web browser or on the mobile app, the appearance overrides that I applied in Navisworks are lost.
For example, I have overridden and simplified all electrical model content in Navisworks to show as yellow. When exporting to .NWD and opening the file in ACC Build, this color override is lost, and all content is returned to the coloration applied from the electrical team's original Revit export.
Is there a way to ensure that appearance overrides made (and saved) in Navisworks are applied by default when opening a .NWD model in ACC Build? Is this a setting that is applied when using "Export Scene" from Navisworks 2026, or is there a different setting I should be using?
