Lock Subcontractor Pay Apps After Due Date

If I put a subcontractor pay application due date as the 15th of the month, it should LOCK on the 16th so the subcontractor cannot go in and submit it late.  Also, make it so the billings can be due a specific time such as the 15th at 5 pm.

At the moment, subcontractor pay applications are not automatically locked based on a due date or time. The only way to control submissions is by using process-based steps—for example, sending reminders to subcontractors to submit before the deadline, and then changing the pay application status to “Submitted” once received, which prevents further edits. If this type of automatic lock or cutoff time would be valuable for your workflow, I would recommend sharing this idea on the Autodesk Idea Forums so it can be considered for future enhancements.
