Linked model in Revit is misaligned, but appears aligned in ACC

All - i'm encountering an issue with the location of linked models in Revit versus ACC. 

Our architectural model hosts a structural Revit model. Using Revit 2026.2 (26.2.0.20), the structural model appears to be displaced 5/8" to the west as if its origin is 5/8" west of the origin in the architectural model. When I check the structural model in ACC, the structural model is absolutely aligned with the architectural model. The structural model was last published on 01/29/2026, and the issue persists as of 02/02/2026 even if I reload the structural model.

I verified the position of some structural elements relative to architectural model using the IfcGUID and the position of the structural elements in ACC are dead-on compared to Revit :

Zooming into the column at the south end of the wall above - definitely aligned in ACC:

CFMF columns of an above floor show the issue better. Same IfcGUID, same elements, different alignments for some reason:

Why is there a discrepancy? How do I resolve this issue?

Hi @tasistro-hart 

Can you try the following: 

• Close Revit.
• Navigate to: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2026\CollaborationCache.
• Locate the project/model folder and delete the local cache of the structural model.
• Reopen Revit and the architectural host, then reload the structural link.

@handjonathan, can I delete all folders in \CollaborationCache?

The folders and Revit files in \CollaborationCache have random names, and the file size doesn't match the size of the structural model as shown in ACC. I don't mind if it will affect the cache of other projects as this project is the only active project in Revit 2026 at the moment.
