Forms - Modify form after it is created

Once we start a form from a template, we might need to modify it. Once in the field we may need to add a new question or condition based off of what we see/observe.

Is there a way to edit the form? I know that you can edit the template. But if I do that, I have to create a new form and re-enter my information.

Can you edit the template and tell it to apply the change to existing forms? Or edit the form and add new questions? It seems very limiting to not be able to do this and I hope I am missing something simple.

Thanks!

Hi @emcgann!  Great question, as of now updating Form Templates will not be retroactive and you are correct that the Template will need to be updated, and then a new Form will need to be created. With that said, this Forums Community does have an Idea board where we greatly appreciate feedback like this!

You can find it here: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/acc-ideas/idb-p/acc-ideas-en
