Forma Clash Issues Highlighting missing

Hi,

I've recently encountered an issue where highlighting of clashes are missing after uploading new files. I'm using workflow with only Forma coordination space (no Navisworks), so Issues are created directly in Forma. We're working on Revit files.

Important info - this issue doesn't apply to all models and also not to one particular model- happens just to some of opened Issues. 

Elements in clash didn't change, Collision still exists, but Forma doesn't highlight elements and also in Issue>Clashes tab "No clashes to display" message is shown. Moreover this clash doesn't appear in clash matrix as it happens when for example elements were deleted and created as new with different ID.

In this case there's no way to check if collisions still exist for issues where more items (clashes) were included. There's no way to close/delete issue and restore clashes. Also the Issue status is suggesting that clashes were resolved. Navigating through issues is almost impossible.
