We’re excited to share that Collaborative Insight is now available to try in the latest Revit Preview Release!
This new capability enables project teams to collaborate directly on sustainability analysis and share results seamlessly - all from Revit cloud work-shared models.
Below is a quick overview of what’s included and how to get started:
What Is Collaborative Insight?
Collaborative Insight provides a shared analysis environment where team members can work together on Sustainability Analysis, customize Insight constructs, and communicate results in a unified workflow.
Availability

Currently available exclusively for Revit cloud work-shared models in the Revit Preview Release

How It Works

Revit cloud shared models now generate Collaborative Insights only

All Insight data is stored in the corresponding Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) project
Permissions & Access
Permissions for Insight constructs (Dashboards, Metrics, Factors, Benchmarks, Simulations) follow the folder hierarchy in the ACC Docs environment:

Users with Edit or Manage permissions can fully collaborate and modify shared Sustainability Analyses

Users with permissions below Edit cannot view or share the analysis

Hub and Project Administrators can update these permissions directly through ACC workflows
