[KNOWN ISSUE] My project is stuck in processing, what should I do?

If your Flow Studio project is stuck in processing for several hours or longer, here's what to do:
- Do not delete your project.
Deleting the project can make it harder for the support team to investigate. - Contact Autodesk Support.
Please open a Technical Product Support case and include your Project ID in the ticket. This helps our team quickly identify the issue and speed up resolution.
Our team will review your request and ensure your credits are handled appropriately.
