If your Flow Studio project is stuck in processing for several hours or longer, here's what to do:

  1. Do not delete your project.
    Deleting the project can make it harder for the support team to investigate.
  2. Contact Autodesk Support.
    Please open a Technical Product Support case and include your Project ID in the ticket. This helps our team quickly identify the issue and speed up resolution.

My project is also stuck in processing. I am on flow studio and my project has gotten stuck at 97% for hours. It took around an hour for it to go from 0 to 97 and has been stuck at 97 for the past 12 hours minimum. How do I open a technical support case and submit the project ID? This is the seccond time I encounter this problem. The first time I encountered the same problem, waited a week, and with the project stuck at 97% for the entire week. I then deleted the project and completly recreated it, and am facing the exact same problem where it is stuck at 97%. I will not delete this project. 97% Preparing video for export.
