My team uses Flexsim at amazon and we have about 5 active licenses and 2 OptQuest licenses. Over the past months, we had several reorgs and a few people who were using the licences are no longer with the company. However, it seems like they did not release the licenses before leaving so we are unable to use them on new laptops.
I can send you the license details, would someone from your side be able to force release them all so we can reuse all the licenses with new folks joining our team? Can someone from your side please reach out to me on [email protected] thanks!
